Within 5 business days: a written proposal with venue options, vendor lineup, line-item budget, and a milestone schedule. Approve, redline, or pivot.

Vendor Curation & Run-of-Show

Lucia contracts vendors, locks logistics, builds the run-of-show, and sends weekly status updates. Your team stays in the loop without managing the work.

On-Site Direction

Day-of: Lucia is on the floor. Vendors check in with her, not you. You attend your own event: speak to guests, take photos, enjoy what you paid for.

For full-production events (conferences, holiday parties, retreats), 8–12 weeks is ideal. For tighter milestone celebrations or smaller dinners, our team regularly turns work in 4–6 weeks. Faster is possible. We'll be honest with you about what's still on the table at your timeline.

Yes. Lucia and her team sign mutual NDAs as a standard part of corporate engagements, and we work regularly with leadership groups, family offices, and private clients who require absolute discretion. Vendor contracts include confidentiality language. Your name, brand, and guest list stay protected.

Lighting design, sound reinforcement, stage sets, screens and projection, mics for speakers, recording, and live-stream coordination when needed. Our team partners with vetted Tampa-area production crews and will scope exactly what your event requires: nothing padded, nothing missing.

A clear written proposal lists every line item: venue, catering, AV, florals, talent, planning fee. Standard structure: 50% deposit to lock the date and contract vendors, balance due 14 days before the event. Larger productions can be split into milestone payments on request. POs and corporate billing are accommodated.

Yes. Multi-day retreats, conferences with welcome receptions and farewell brunches, and three-day milestone weekends are all in scope. We build a full agenda, coordinate lodging blocks, transportation, and per-diem dining, and our team is on-site for the duration.
