For Couples

Tampa wedding planning,
beautifully orchestrated.

We plan Tampa Bay weddings the way you'd plan one yourself if you had two extra years and a curated list of every vendor who actually shows up. Full planning, day-of coordination, design, and the stack of details in between, led by Lucia, executed by her trained team.

Why couples struggle

The wedding industry isn't built for the people getting married.

We've heard versions of these four things from almost every couple who lands on this page. If any of them feel familiar, the rest of this page is for you.

01

Planning while working full-time

Spreadsheets at midnight. Vendor emails between meetings. The job that pays for the wedding is the same job that drains the energy you need to plan it.

02

Vendor research that goes in circles

Five photographers, four florists, three DJs, every quote slightly different, every contract slightly off. You can't tell who will actually show up at 6am on the day.

03

Decisions you don't have a baseline for

You've never bought a wedding cake before. You don't know what a fair florals budget is. You shouldn't have to learn the entire industry to make one good choice.

04

The fear of being the manager on your own day

If something goes wrong, who handles it? Most couples don't want the answer to be themselves, or their mother, at 2pm in a wedding dress.

What we provide

Four ways to hand off the load.

Pick the level of involvement that matches where you are. Most couples start with the Readiness Quiz to figure out which one actually fits.

How it works

Five steps, one calm process.

  1. 01

    Discovery Call, 30 minutes, free

We talk about the date, the headcount, the venues you're considering, and what you actually need. No pitch deck. Just a real conversation.

  2. 02

Vision Session, the wedding you can describe

Mood, palette, must-haves, will-not-haves. By the end you have a moodboard, a working budget, and a one-page brief every vendor will quote against.

  3. 03

    Vendor Curation, the right shortlist

Lucia pulls a shortlist of vendors who match the brief: not the broadest list, the right one. You meet two or three for each role and pick.

  4. 04

Detailed Timeline, the binder that runs the day

Six weeks out we lock the run-of-show, vendor arrivals, transport, photo windows, and the contingencies for whatever Florida weather decides to do.

  5. 05

Day-of Execution, you only get to be in it

Lucia arrives before the first vendor, leaves after the last guest, and handles every fire in between. Your job is the photos and the dancing.

100% recommended! Every woman needs an event planner like you so she doesn’t have to worry about a thing. She organized my wedding, my daughter’s quinceañera, my niece’s quinceañera, and everything was a success!

Frequently asked

Good questions.

Most couples book us 9–14 months out. Peak Tampa Bay months (October, March, April) fill earliest. If your date is in those windows, book sooner. We can take a wedding inside 6 months if the calendar allows, but you'll have a smaller vendor pool to work with.
